1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Upon successful registration, you will be issued login credentials comprising a username and password. You are solely and exclusively responsible for:

• Ensuring that no third party gains access to your account, including family members, friends, or associates.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

bd99bd processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

11 Account Closure and Termination

Either party may terminate the player's account under the following circumstances:

• Player-Initiated Closure: A player may request closure of their account at any time by contacting bd99bd customer support. Any remaining real money balance (after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Platform-Initiated Termination: bd99bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, all associated funds may be forfeited.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months may be classified as inactive. bd99bd will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before any administrative action is taken on an inactive account.

Upon account closure, all bonus funds and any pending bonus-linked winnings will be cancelled immediately. Real money balances subject to open wagers will be settled in accordance with the outcome of those wagers before final closure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other course of action. All disputes, claims, and proceedings relating to bd99bd shall be conducted exclusively in English.
